Questions people ask

How much does a website cost?

A full business website is $1,000, one time. A one-page website is $399. There are no monthly fees. Half is due to start the build and half when you're happy with it. The mockup comes first and costs nothing.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site goes on your own domain, in your name. If you ever stop working with me, the site and the domain stay yours.

Will it get me to the top of Google?

Nobody honest can promise rankings. What I promise is that your site is built the way Google expects: fast, phone-friendly, a clear page for each service and town, proper titles and descriptions, business details Google can read, and connected to your Google listing. Rankings also depend on your reviews, your competitors and time.

How long does it take?

Usually about two weeks from the day I have your photos, services and details. A one-page site is usually faster.

Are there monthly fees?

No. The only ongoing cost is your domain name, usually around $10 to $20 a year, paid to the domain company. Hosting is included.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, the services you offer, the towns you work in, and your hours. If you don't have photos yet, we can start with a clean design and add them later.

I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?

Facebook works well for people who already know you. People who search for your service on Google usually look for a website, and your Google listing has a Website button that needs somewhere to go.

Can I make changes later?

Yes. Text or email me what you want changed and I'll give you a price before I do anything.

Do you work in Spanish?

Sí. Hablo español, and I can build your site in English, Spanish or both.

Do you meet in person?

Yes, in Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield and Boulder. Everywhere else we meet by phone or video call.

See your website before you pay for it.

Tell me about your business. I'll put together a mockup of your homepage and walk you through it on a short call.
